The intimate restaurant, reminiscent of a cozy Dutch countryside kitchen, exuded warmth. Amidst the crackling fireplace, I savored the culinary treasures, each dish a masterpiece of flavors.One evening, as I dined in solitude, the bartender, Gerard, regaled me with humorous anecdotes. The menu, a fusion of traditional Dutch cuisine and modern gastronomy, showcased the chef's innovative flair. I indulged in a succulent Wild Boar Stew, a nod to the local fauna, while the raspberry sorbet was a refreshing finale.From the complimentary breakfast spread to the delectable barbecues, the culinary offerings were a highlight of my stay. The ambiance, coupled with attentive staff, created a tranquil atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
